Web and mobile audio is sent to the Pretty Listener backend for transcription and summary generation. Recording starts only after your action and platform permission.
Temporary raw audio
Raw audio is kept only as long as the published retention policy requires for processing, retries, and cleanup. Transcripts and summaries remain in your account until you delete them.
Account and device data
The service stores the minimum account, device, synchronization, and usage information required to provide the product. Transcript content is excluded from product analytics.
Your controls
You can revoke devices, clear local data, withdraw voiceprint consent, and delete dialogs. Account deletion will be available when the production backend contract is enabled.
